White Rabbit

Some people have wondered if the white rabbit is a paternal force in Alice’s world. He is bestial but simultaneously timid and hysterical when tethered to a clock. One of my own most vulnerable states, when I have the absolute hardest time being the best version of myself is when I am tight on time. (It’s even worse than being short on money). It is when I am most likely to want distance from others; in the interest of having more time in a day, and in a lifetime.
